• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Platform without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Mentis Vision and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content that you upload to the Platform.

By using the Platform, you grant Mentis Vision a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will never sell your data to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content, insights, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before use
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.)
• You retain ownership of content created with AI assistance on the Platform

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges
• Understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination using the Platform's data export features.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
