These terms govern your use of the Mentis Vision LLC corporate website. Each Mentis Vision product has its own terms of service on its own website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using mentisvision.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Mentis Vision LLC regarding your use of the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of the Site
The Site provides information about Mentis Vision LLC and its products, publishes articles and company news, describes our consulting and publishing activities, and offers a contact form for reaching us. The Site does not provide accounts or paid services. Use of our products, including MentisOne, LaunchBiz, ClearPath Invest and MDSyntax, is governed by the terms published on each product's own website.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content, or send unsolicited bulk messages through the contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its supporting systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Scrape, data-mine or reverse-engineer the Site in a way that burdens it or violates these Terms
4. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos and other content, is owned by Mentis Vision LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Mentis Vision, MentisOne, LaunchBiz, ClearPath Invest, MDSyntax and Mentis Vision Press names and logos are identifiers of Mentis Vision LLC and its products. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Other use requires our written permission.
5. Content and Information
Articles and other content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice, whether legal, financial, investment, tax or medical. Please consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances. We work to keep the Site accurate and current, and we may update or remove content at any time.
6. Contact Form Submissions
When you send us a message, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle submissions as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a message does not create a business relationship or any obligation on either side.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site links to our product websites and to other third-party sites. We do not control those sites, and their content and practices are the responsibility of their operators.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentis Vision LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
